I can't find much about this artist on the internets. He is presumably Nigerian because this track appears on the compilation "Nigeria 70 'The Definitive Story of 1970's Funky Lagos'", although it wasn't released until 1984 according to Discogs. Anyhoo, it's a funky afro disco joint.
